Amulyam

Background:

Amulyam is a township of over 500 apartments (1 & 2 BHK) at Dudulgaon, Moshi Annexe

Task:

To make Amulyam stand out in the clutter and get maximum footfalls and bookings.

Action:

We roped in Marathi film actors Vaibhav Tatwawadi and Manva Naik and created a story of a couple based on an insight that wives are decisive and firm about buying a new home.

Result:

The communication in Marathi- ”Aata tari thhaam nirnay ghya!” which means,” At least take a firm decision now!” became the catchword among the housewives of western Pune. The client received an overwhelming pre-launch and post-launch response in terms of inquiries and bookings.
